A nice well thought out comprehensive article on some of the basic do's and don'ts of this type of photography. Most people leave out the fact that the photographer really needs to engage his subject, and not just use the typical "smile, turn, turn, chin up, head back" commands. Its good to work with a photographer that has a personality and makes you feel at ease. If you the model feel uncomfortable, that will be apparent in the images.

Jeremy! Excellent article! Though I'm not a photographer by any means, your article exceptionally flows and should not only be a boon to avid photographers, but also an asset to anyone finding difficulty in planning and programming any worthwhile project. Kudos to you! You're very skilled in "The Art" and "Business" applications of photography sir. Sinc. PT Belanger
