		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more. Twitter should&#039;t be a collecting strangers competition, it&#039;s actually about communicating and sharing. The more you share and talk, the more you give back to your community / industry / circle. 

I&#039;m still on the exploring stage of Twitter lists. So far it looks fun, I just need to do more re organizing. Thanks for the tips... much appreciated.

The way I manage to have meaningful conversations is to limit the number of people that I follow. Right now, I follow around 80, and probably won&#039;t be more than that. This allows me to be able to keep track of those I follow and connect with them.</description>
